The Time Has Come To Legalize Marijuana All Over The World, God Bless! Back By Popular Vote! Thank you God/Yahweh/Elohim! The American public has spoken: It's not about whether marijuana is good or bad. It's about whether prohibition of something, say alcohol or marijuana, or other, is good policy. And that, we can now say, is a horrible racial divide and a societal devastation. See alcohol prohibition from the 20's. But that one, at least, was not as damaging to minorities then, but it certainly was for society as a whole. To say that marijuana has been given a bad rap over the past few decades, is an understatement. If you’re like most Americans, you have been led to believe that marijuana is a dangerous and addictive drug that has destroyed the lives of millions of teens and adults. You have been encouraged to believe that marijuana causes lung cancer and is a “gateway” to harder drugs. The government has even tried to convince you that most people who use marijuana are losers who sit around on couches all day doing nothing. (these are all lies, by the way) Frequently it is something responsible adults choose to do specifically instead of alcohol. And for good reason! Marijuana is, statistically speaking, safer then water! Alcohol is toxic, addictive, harmful to the body, it is more likely to result in injuries, more likely to lead to interpersonal violence than marijuana and alcohol kills, marijuana does not. Let me state this differently; marijuana is not toxic! Marijuana actually has benefits and medicinal properties, it even fights cancer! It is simply something that some responsible adults choose to do because it is better for them without being a nuisance to others. Why would this be a bad thing? Thus, the time has come that we need to regulate/legalize to make it less available to our kids (just like cigarettes and alcohol). And we certainly do not want our kids to grow up, starting as little marijuana dealers, as is the case under the current laws, and this is something that has been going on in US society for decades... In the end, when marijuana is available at your local liquor store, it will be off the streets and into a regulated sales system with checks and balances. Marijuana will lose its appeal and its use will decrease, as it did wherever else it was decriminalized and regulated in the world. We have sponsored legislation at the federal level to remove criminal penalties for the use of marijuana because of our belief in individual freedom. We recognize that this has not yet become national policy, but we believe there are many strong reasons for your administration to allow the states of Colorado and Washington to set the policies they believe appropriate in this regard, without the federal government overriding the choices made by the voters of these states. Respect for the rights of states to set policies on those matters that primarily affect their own residents argues for federal noninterference in this case, as does respect for the wishes of the voters – again, on matters that primarily affect those in the relevant electorate. Additionally, we believe that scarce federal resources – law enforcement, prosecutorial, judicial, and penal – should not be expended in opposition to the wishes of the voters of Colorado and Washington, given the responsibility of all federal officials to find ways to withhold unwise or unnecessary expenditures. We believe that respecting the wishes of the electorates of Colorado and Washington and allowing responsible state authorities to carry out those wishes will provide valuable information in an important national debate. Our request does not mean any permanent waiver of the ability of the federal government to enforce national laws should there be negative consequences of these state decisions – which we do not believe are at all likely – and thus we have as a result of these two states’ decisions a chance to observe in two states the effect of the policy that we continue to believe would be wise for the country as a whole. Those who disagree with us should welcome the opportunity to put their theories to a test. Respect for the principles of democracy; respect for the states to make decisions on matters that primarily affect the residents of those states; the chance to conserve scarce federal financial resources – these we believe are many strong reasons for you to defer to the state decisions, and we believe that even those who do not share our view that personal liberty should dictate this result should have no objection to your acting on these principles in this case. | ||

DEA supreme commander Karen Tandy, was on CNN on 6/6/05 with Aaron Brown (this was the day of Supreme Court decision in Raich) and she was lying about the Netherlands drug policy. We and every American Citizen should be wondering; why such a high placed US official continues to lie about the facts in the Netherlands, including the 'dangers of marijuana use' when marijuana is safer than water, is this a public service in the interest of the American people? We don't think so! We would like to invite Karen Tandy for a debate!
Fact: Drug deaths in the Netherlands are only a fraction of that of other industrialized nations, this is the direct result of regulated marijuana market! USA is a meat grinder with off the chart figures, is this a future model for public health?

by Chris Denham and Peter Barnett A CANNABIS factory set up to to grow millions of pounds of the drug has been found by Kent Police.
The operation was set up in an industrial unit in Whitehall Road at Ramsgate (UK) and was discovered on Monday in a police raid.
There were 2,000 plants growing in the building, utilising a sophisticated hydroponics system.
Det Insp Nick Greenan said: "This is the largest plantation of cannabis ever uncovered in Thanet. It is a well set-up operation, with lights, an irrigation system, nurseries and several rooms with plants in various stages of growth."
He stressed: "The factory had the potential to produce millions of pounds of drugs.
"Crime scene investigators are at the plantation taking forensic samples after which the building will be emptied and the plants destroyed."
Police have not yet made any arrests in connection with the seizure.

The case against Cara began after four of his officers in the Weatherly department testified in 2003 before a grand jury in Dauphin County about his alleged drug use.
The testimony led drug agents to place a camera in the Weatherly police station and carry out a sting. According to court papers, a cooperating Weatherly officer placed 2 ounces of marijuana in the office Aug. 2 and told Cara about it when he showed up for work at 7 a.m.
According to the grand jury presentment, agent Janene M. Miller saw Cara smoke some of the sting marijuana the first day it was there.
He was videotaped smoking it Aug. 2, 3 and 4, including one day where he took hits from a pipe eight times in between borough patrols, officials said. (Ed. Oops ... duh)

Mishandling Of Evidence Leads To End Of Valiant
VALIANT, the Valley Interagency Narcotics Team, will formally disband after an 18-month-long investigation showed that it had mishandled evidence in more than 1,300 cases.
A team of auditors found that 345 firearms, $10,423 in cash, and drugs in quantities varying from less than one gram to five pounds were unaccounted for, and many records had been destroyed. (Ed. Oops ... duh, how about drug testing these cops?)
Why don't they 'get it' ? Study Alcohol prohibition and the analogy is obvious: Some people (read politicians) seem to have no conscience or compassion whatsoever and are often also plain stupid (Ann McLellan). If Marijuana is 'dangerous' according to the official US and Canadian Federal Government's lies (And by the way, this is the same US Federal Government that has been distributing Marijuana to 8 (it used to be more) highly privileged individuals for several decades now. (see Montel Williams Show) How can the US Federal Government distribute this Class 1 Controlled Substance and at the same time preach that this is an evil (class one) drug?), then where are the bodies? My own father and 4 of his brothers (my uncles) died from cigarettes, which claim half a million lives in the US alone and kill another million men in China annually, Alcohol kills millions yearly world-wide as well, as do legal drugs, just look at the mortality statistics. Let's stop the lies about Marijuana it's getting old! Truth is here (click)! When anyone compares Cigarettes to Marijuana, how can one not be in favor of legalizing or regulating it in some form or another?
There has never been a more obvious and glaring uneven approach to drugs as with cigarettes (or even other drugs) and marijuana. This is even more apparent in the light of recent research that has re-confirmed that marijuana (or cannabis) has important medical properties and benefits. Take carcinoma or cancer, for example, this is a wide spread disease that cannabis can cure! It has also been documented that this information has been systematically and willingly suppressed. The fact that cannabis cures cancer was shown (again) in research at the University in Virginia in 1974 but this study was buried by the Nixon administration. Every subsequent US Administration has suppressed the medicinal properties of cannabis for the sake of supporting the Pharmaceutical industries in which they themselves and individually have much invested. For example the Bush family is a principal stockholder of Eli Lilly company. However, this policy or regime amounts to genocide and it is visible in the mortality statistics! Through this clever ‘political’ system people make millions off the diseases of their fellow citizen without being directly responsible. Let them suffer in ignorance and if they even try their medicine/cannabis, we will lock them up and throw away the key. How cruel and how inhumane but this is how our 'Babylon' works. Of all the people in the world there are only two kinds of people, those who benefit mankind and work towards fulfilling its prophecy brought to us by Jesus Christ. The Christ himself used marijuana in anointing and becoming enlightened (high). Then there are the kind of people that profit from the misery of their fellow humans, animals and the degradation of the earth. These people hamper the prophecy and are evil (live spelled backwards, hence they live backwards). Thus on the whole, we have good people and we have evil people. The choice is up to you: Do you want to do good (as a Christian/Rastafarian/Muslim or otherwise enlightened being) or you want to profit from others like a parasite and be an 'evil' person?
If all evil humans were removed from earth today by an act of God/Jah/Allah (Jaweh), then we would have no global warming, hunger or poverty but clean rivers, oceans, soil, skies and an abundance of food and animals. Animals and plants would be plentiful and not on the brink of extinction. We would be joyfully celebrating life and pursue happiness and we would all live a long, healthy, and non-diseased life as it is written in the scriptures, as it was meant to be... our earthly paradise, on our planet/spaceship earth which has no equal in the entire universe! And that is God/Jah/Allah's will, amen!

I have read so many OPED newspaper and magazine articles from all over the USA in particular, and most of them repeat the lies that are fed to us via the ONDCP and the US Federal Government (at the tune of 25 Million US$ a year and much more, with our own/American tax dollars, spreading lies against us). The Marijuana regulation or legalization discussion is endless when lies are continuing to be introduced and repeated on a Government level and with unlimited funding (from US taxpayers). Under the current administration it would not surprise me to see the 'thought police' appear and make arrests based on what one thinks. This phenomena has, in fact, been going on since the 50's when the US was ruled by Presidents addicted to pain killers and other barbiturates (see Nixon). And it is happening today with the persecution of American journalists. As a world society we are being led by the blind and by the corrupted and they hold the rest of us in line while they plunder and ravage the world around us.
