Oregon Considers Industrial Hemp Bill April 6th

A major effort is underway to push hemp legislation through various state governments.

HB 3623 was n-led on February 17. It would authorize production, possession and commerce in * industrial-Hemp (with less than 1% THC) in Oregon.
