Fantastico...¿Cuándo? Mañana, lunes, voy a hablar con el ministerior de Agricultura para pedir subvención para el cáñamo. ¿Cuántas hectareas mínimo crees que se necesitarían? I was last week in Barcelona and there is una locura to buy seeds for oil, thread, textile, everything. They are importing material from Germany. At least there is in Spain about twenty people making cloths with "german" material. You can buy soap, corn flakes,oils, babys materials, T shirts, thousends of things "made abroad". Las tiendas de Barcelona son preciosas pero no tienen los materiales que se venden ahí en USA... They buy everything in Germany because of the EC trade agreements ¿Do you know anything about them? merchandises go without papers from Finland to Portugal and no frontier stops you at all. Well, for extracting oil from hemp I was told that in Lérida (Cataluña) en el norte de España se estan cultivando en estos momentos unas cien hectareas de cáñamo. Iré a visitarlos pronto. How are you? It´s long I did not hear from you. The interest for hemp is growing enormously in Spain. The agriculture administration pays already 75'000 ptas per hectare of hemp grown by farmers and there more and more societies interested in that. I just received a catalogue from the Hempery of Ohio and yarn samples. There some German people interested also in hemp and are making a market research in order to establish a center for paper making... regards.
